Ingredients
- 6 small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or 1 to 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes, onion and garlic on heavy duty foil. Top with rosemary, salt, pepper and cheese. Drizzle with oil. Seal tightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
