FISH BAKED PARMESAN

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 500 g white fish filets (cod, tilapia or sole)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400

In a small bowl mix parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper.

Lightly brush fish with mustard, then olive oil enough to cover both sides. Dip into cheese-bread crumb mixture to coat.

Place fillets in a glass baking dish.

Cook 10 minutes, more or less depending on thickness of filets.
