Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil for 1 minute. Stir in remaining vegetables. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover; cook for 5 - 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring once or twice during cooking.
