Ingredients
- 1 cup skim or lowfat milk, steaming
- 1/3 cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese
- 2 cups broccoli or cauliflower, steamed
- reserve 1 cup for serving
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken or vegetable bouillon or soup base
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to 10, then to High.
Blend for 5 to 6 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note: Serve over steamed broccoli pieces.
