Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrot
- 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken stock
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Peel carrots, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch thick slices.
IN deep skillet or shallow saucepan, bring carrots, stock maple syrup, and butter to boil, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes or until tender, glazed and liquid is evaporated. Sprinkle with walnuts.
