Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- cooked green beans, crisp
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic, stirring often for 1 minute or until starting to colour
Stir in dill, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper, beans, and toss to coat. Cover and cook, tossing twice, for 8 minutes or until hot.
