Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, sliced very thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 ounces package frozen green beans, Italian cut
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Saute the garlic oil until lightly browned. Add the green beans, salt, pepper and oregano; cook covered until tender. Add the lemon juice; toss and serve.
