Ingredients
- 1/2 cup BC white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3/4 pound broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried chilli flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat until hot. Add the garlic and broccoli, cook stirring frequently for about 10 minutes, slowly adding wine throughout the cooking process, adding more as liquid evaporates. Add the lemon juice with the last of the wine.
Add the dried chilli flakes. Stir thoroughly and then transfer to a serving platter.
