Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 250 g packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dry onion flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream cheese until soft and smooth. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into ball. Roll in nuts. Chill.

Serve with crackers
