Ingredients
- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 10 pepperoncini
- 4 TBS butter
- 2 TBS mayo
- 2 tap apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tap dill
- 1/4 tap paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Season flour with salt and pepper and dredge roast.
2. Melt butter in pan and brown all sides well
3. Mix, mayo, vinegar, paprika and dill
4. Place roast in crock pot, cover with mayo mixture and add pepperoncini.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove and shred. Return shredded meat to crock pot and combine w/ juices.
