Ingredients
- 1 c maple syrup
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp blk pepper
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 lb lrg shelled shrimp
- 4 scallions chopped
- skewers
Preparation
Step 1
combine maple syrup, soy sauce & pepper. mix well
cut chicken into quatters. place in lrg bag with 1/2 maple syrup mixture. in another plastic bag place shrimp and remaining mixture.
refridge 3 hrs-overnight.
skewer chicken & shrimp with scallions & grill.
