- whipping cream
- canned green peppercorns
- brandy
Preparation
Step 1
Remove steaks from skillet; drain oil. Add 1 T chicken stock, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire, 1 1/4 C whipping cream 2 T brandy, 2 T canned green peppercorns (coarsely chopped). Bring to boil, stirring, simmer 5 minutes
