Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese
- 8 Tbs. (1 Stick) Butter or Margarine
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 Tbs. Fresh Grated Orange Zest
Preparation
Step 1
Place the cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl. Blend on low speed of electric mixer until combined, 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, a bit at a time, blending with the mixer on low until the sugar is well blended, about 1 minute. Then add the orange juice and zest to the mixture. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat until frosting lightens and is fluffy, about 1 minute more. Use on a Fresh Orange Cake.
