Ingredients
- 3 lbs large shrimp
- 8 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp chopped garlic
- 4 tbsp fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put shrimp in shallow baking pan
In saucepan melt butter. Add garlic and saute 3-4 minutes. Pour garlic butter over shrimp and toss to coat. Pepper shrimp until they are well covered.
Bake until pink. Approximately 5 minutes, turn, bake a few minutes longer and pepper again.
You must use a heavy hand with the pepper.
Serve shrimp with pasta or warm bread and salad.
