Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank or skirt steak
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Kosher salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
. Place steak, vinegar, and wine in a resealable bag or glass dish and let marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
2. Season with salt and pepper, and grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired temperature.
3. Let rest for 10 minutes, cut against the grain, and serve.
