Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced shallots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
  • 2 TBS coarsely chopped capers
  • 2 TBS chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 TBS Dijon or Creole mustard
  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • 1 TBS sriracha

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
