Ingredients

  • Whisk
  • 2 egg whites in large bowl until foamy
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut.
  • Mix
  • scoop small balls onto parchment lined cookie sheet.

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 325 degrees for 15 min. rotate 1/2 way through.
dip in chocolate or add choc chips or put chic kiss in middle. Enjoy!
