Green Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) whole-grain mustard
  • 6 cups (1.5 litres) mesclun lettuce
  • Salt and pepper

In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, and mustards with a whisk. Add the lettuce and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
