tablespoon (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
teaspoon (5 ml) whole-grain mustard
cups (1.5 litres) mesclun lettuce
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, and mustards with a whisk. Add the lettuce and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
