Ingredients
- 3/4 c mayo
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 1 T prepared mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 oz (2 cups) elbows, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained
- 1 c sliced celery
- 1 c chopped green or red pepper
- 1/4 c chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients
Add elbows, celery, green pepper and onion; toss to coat.
Cover; chill to blend flavors
