Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c mayo
  • 2 T cider vinegar
  • 1 T prepared mustard (optional)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz (2 cups) elbows, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained
  • 1 c sliced celery
  • 1 c chopped green or red pepper
  • 1/4 c chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients

Add elbows, celery, green pepper and onion; toss to coat.

Cover; chill to blend flavors
