Chicken Taco Salad - 15 minutes version

Ingredients

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 3/4 cups Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 3 Tablespoons Finely Minced parsley
  • Taco seasoning (to taste)
  • precooked fahita chicken in bag
  • Pkg of chopped salad
  • 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Grated Pepper Jack Cheese or mexican blend
  • Corn, black bean frozen veg mix thawed
  • 2 whole Avocados, Diced
  • 3 whole Green Onions, Sliced
  • Tortilla Chips Of Your Choice (flavored Or Not), Crushed Slightly
  • Toppings - if desired
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • pico de gallo

Preparation

Step 1

First, make the dressing by combining ranch dressing, salsa, minced parsely and taco seasoning in a jar. Cover and refrigerate.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

Put salad in bowl
Add chicken
Add corn mixture
Add Avocado
Add tomatoe
Add green onion
Add crushed chips
Drizzle dressing all over top

Serve with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo
