salmon patties

Ingredients

  • Asian version:
  • 8 0z canned wild salmon, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • 1/4 onion minced
  • 1 stalk celery minced
  • 1 tbsp. parsley minced
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • hamburger bun
  • tomato slice
  • spring mix
  • tarter sauce
  • omit celery
  • substitute green onions for onion
  • substitute cilantro for parsley
  • add:
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients together except for oil. form into 2 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
heat oil in pan and brown patties on each side turning once.
assemble patties on bun with condiments.
