Artichoke franchaise

Ingredients

  • can of artichoke hearts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1/4 c parm
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 oz butter
  • 2 oz white wine
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1) cut artichokes in half

2) whip eggs and parm

3) flour artichokes and dip in egg wash

4) saute in oil over md heat oil golden

5) add lemon juice and wine then reduce oil halved

6)add butter to thicken sauce, top with parsley
