Cauliflower -Oven Roasted Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cauliflower florets
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 1 T oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 light dashes of pepper
  • 1/2 c parmesan
  • 1 tsp parsley leaves

Preparation

Step 1

toss cauliflower in butter and oil and season.
Place in single layer in baking sheet and roast until almost tender at 400 20-30- minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley
Roast again about 3 minutes
