  • 3 cups fruit
  • 2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pour boiling water over fruit and let stand for 3 minutes. Drain; put fruit on stove at high heat with 1 cup of sugar. Add other cup of sugar and boil 3 more minutes. Pour into shallow pan and let stand in the sun until thick. Stir every hour while standing in sun. Then freeze
