Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix eggs with a fork. Add sugar, dates, and nuts. Place in mini muffin cupcake liners in mini muffin pan. Bake @ 375* for 15-20 minutes.
