Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1/2 in. pieces
- 1/2 c. crab meat
- 1/4 c. Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. cottage cheese
- 2 T. chopped green onion
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- dash nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Transfer to a 7 in. pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake @ 350* for 35-40 minutes.
