EASY CHICKEN POT PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP CUBED COOKED CHICKEN
  • 1 CUP FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES, THAWED
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF POTATO SOUP
  • 1/8 TSP PEPPER
  • 3/4 CUP MILK
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 CUP BISQUICK

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400.

1. IN 9" PIE PAN MIX CHICKEN, VEGETABLES, SOUP, PEPPER AND 1/4 CUP MILK.

2. MIX REMAINING MILK, EGG AND BISQUICK. POUR OVER CHICKEN MISTURE. BAKE 30 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
