Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. round roast, trimmed, cut into 1 " cubes
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix, (1 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup sauterne wine, (or beef broth)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed, (10 1/2oz.)
  • 4 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained -- (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in Crock-pot. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours. If desired thicken gravy.

Serving Ideas : Serve over noddles, tossed salad, green beansNOTES : Quick preparation but long cooking time of course because it is a crock-pot recipe.
