Strawberry rhubarb pie

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 c diced rhubarb and strawberries
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 tbsp tapioca
  • Mix together set aside
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Beat pour over fruit, put in pie shell
