Salt & Pepper Crackers

These salt and pepper crackers are flavorful enough to be eaten on their own while not overpowering any dips or toppings you might eat with them. Plus they require just 5 ingredients, 4 of which I guarantee you have in your kitchen right now.

Ingredients
- 2 cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until dough forms. Place dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
Roll out dough to 1/16 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch squares using a pizza cutter or a knife.
Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper if desired. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes.
