Beef Hash in a Flash

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 lb cooked deli beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. Layer the potatoes, beef, broth, onion and parsley in the pan. Scatter the cheese on top. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
