Ingredients
- 3 cups Regular rolled oats
- 1/4 cup milk or almond milk
- 5 average sized bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350
Lightly grease muffin tin
In a food processor add all 4 ingred. Process till thick and creamy. Do not overprocess
Bake 18 - 20 minutes. If toothpick comes out clean in center, they're done
These are a dense muffin
The sweetness will be determined by the bananas
Can add cinnamon, vanilla, nuts, use strawberries instead of blueberries or skip the blueberries altogether
