Ingredients
- 2 cups cashews
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 4 strips bacon, cut into small pieces (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well coated. Transfer to lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from oven. Stir and allow to cool.
4. Eat it as a snack, or sprinkle on dishes like salad or ice cream!
