MINI CHIP BUTTER CRISPS

  • 21/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 1 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 11/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together flour and salt Cream butter, gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, a little at a time, blend until smoothly combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Place 1 spoon at a time on cookie sheet, flatten to rounds about 2 inches in diameter with bottom of glass dipped in flour,Bake at 325. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
