Ingredients
- 4 slices of cooked crisp bacon
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 c sliced potates*
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon crisp. Set bacon aside. With the bacon drippings add cornstarch and sugar. Add water, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir until thick and bubblely. Stir in potatoes and bacon. Stir until heated through.
* I used canned potates fast and easy.
