Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, cut to 2"
- 1 T evoo
- 1 lime
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet cook green beans in hot oil over medium heat for 18-20 min. til crisp-tender and lightly browned, using a spatula to gently lift beans occasionally to prevent them from sticking.
Meanwhile, shred 1 tsp lime peel. Cut lime in half.
Add lime peel to beans. Cook and stir for 1 min. more.
Lightly season beans with salt, drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
