LUNCHTIME EGG SALAD

Ingredients

  • 4 hard cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Sandwich
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • sandwich bread
  • lettuce, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all spread ingredients in bowl. Cover refrigerate until serving time or up to 2 days.

Spread butter evenly onto 1 side of each bread slice.

Place lettuce leaves onto buttered side of 4 slices bread. Top with 1/4 cup spread mixture and 1 slice of bread, buttered side down.
