Ingredients
- Assorted Fruits for Dipping such as:
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar or equivalent sugar substitute.
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries, drained
- chucnks of pineapple or bananas, wedges
- peaches, apples, kiwi fruit, or pears.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cottage cheese, sugar or substitute, almond, and berries in a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a small, pretty serving bowl and place on a large plate with fruit around the bowl.
