Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 5 tsp. champagne or white wine vinegar
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 white onion, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced small
- 1/3 cup dried apricot, diced small
- 1/3 cup packed basil leaves, torn
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste
