Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 cups cooked rice
- cream of mushroom
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 cup cheese whiz
- 1/2 cup bread
Preparation
Step 1
Precook broccoli and rice separately. In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute onions and celery. Add cream of mushroom soup and cheese; stir until melted. Fold broccoli and rice. Pour in a large, ungreased casserole dish and heat for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
