Ingredients
- 1 can 16oz lemon pie filling
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 4 oz cream cheese cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup butter cut into thin slices
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350*
spray 9 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
spread lemon pie filling in prepared pan
top with half the cake mix
dot with cream cheese and cover with remaining cake mix
top with butter in single layer covering cake mix as much as possible
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean
cool at least 15 minutes before serving
