Apricot Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1 T brandy
  • 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 C ground peacans or almonds

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, mix apricots with brandy; cover and let stand for 1 hour.

Meanwhilte, in large bowl over saucepan of hot water, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in apricot mixture. Refridgeate for about 30 minutes or until fimr enough to scoop.

Spread pecans on plate. roll chocolate mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls; roll in nuts, pressing gently to adhere.
