- Asparagus spears
- EVOO
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic, chopped (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with the EVOO and salt & pepper.
Roast at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the spears, and your desired degree of doneness...
Shake the pan 1/2 way thru cooking to roll the spears.
