Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 tb bacon drippings
- 8 cups spinach, hard stems removed
- 3 hard cooked eggs, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cook bacon, drain and crumble. Heat drippings and add dressing as per 'fresh spinach salad' recipe, along with bacon. Pour dressing while hot over salad greens and serve at once on individual serving plates.
