Ingredients
- 4 ounces Treasures from the Sea Parmesan Tilapia, About 1 filet but best to weigh it for accuracy. I buy this at Sam's club
- 1 whole Arnold's Sandwich Thin, (Can use any bread that is 1 WW pt such as 2 slices of white wheat, or a reduced calorie hamburger bun)
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 slice onion
- 1 Tablespoon Hellmann's Dijonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia for 20 minutes.Assemble sandwich.
