Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 10 grapes, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 oz smoked white turkey
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the whole pita in half
2. Mix the mayonnaise and curry powder together, spread inside the two pita halves
3. Fill the pita halves with the celery, grapes, green onion, sweet pepper, and turkey
