Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 large tomato
- 2 cups broccoli
Preparation
Step 1
1. Steam broccoli until almost tender.
2. Add tomatoes and continue steaming until slightly cooked.
3. Pour broccoli and tomato mixture into a bowl, add olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder.
4. Can be served over rice.
