Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked,drained sausage
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 slices crushed, day old bread
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and let sit overnight in a 11X7in Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is great for a Sunday brunch.
