Broccoli & Cheddar Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1 can condensed chicken broth
  • 2 cans water
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup minute rice uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook onion in dressing in saucepan until tender.
2. Add broth, water and broccoli. Bring to boil and cook 8-10 minutes until broccoli is tender.
3. Stir in milk and rice. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes
4. Blend until smooth. Top each serving with cheese.
